Got my new riding shorts

Needed some new Radhosen for summer. Found a good pair on bike-components. The website was easy to use, nothing complicated. They fit pretty well, maybe a tiny bit snug but still comfortable for longer rides. Took about a week and a half for them to show up, which was fine. Overall, a solid experience, no complaints.

Good parts, slow shipping to US

I ordered a SRAM GX Eagle Schaltgruppe from bike-components. The price was competitive, and the components arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. Installation was straightforward, and it's been performing great on my trail bike. My only real complaint is the shipping time; it took about 10 days to get to me in California, which felt a bit long compared to domestic stores. Still, for the price, it was worth the wait.

Comprehensive order experience

I recently placed a substantial order, including a new set of DT Swiss Laufräder, a RockShox Reverb Sattelstütze, and a few smaller items like cleaning supplies and chain lube. The ordering process was clear, and I appreciated the detailed product descriptions which helped me confirm compatibility. Shipping to Texas took about 9 days, and all items were very securely packaged, arriving without any damage. I did have a question about tracking at one point, and their customer service responded within 24 hours, which was helpful. The quality of the parts is top-notch, as expected. Everything is performing well on the bike. The only minor thing was that the tracking updates from the courier could have been more frequent once it left Germany, but it eventually arrived as scheduled.

Reliable for bike parts

This was my third order from bike-components. I picked up a new Shimano Ultegra cassette and some KMC chains. As usual, everything was exactly as described and packed securely. Their stock is always good, and I appreciate that I can consistently find the specific parts I need without much hassle. Shipping was consistent with my previous orders, taking about a week and a half to reach the east coast. It's why I keep coming back.

Quick order, good price

Needed new Schwalbe Pro One Reifen. Found them here, good price. Placed the order, arrived in 8 days. Tires were correct. Satisfied.

My new go-to store!

Wow, just got my new Fox 36 Federgabel and it's amazing! The whole process was so smooth from start to finish. Finding the right fork was easy on their site, and it shipped out really fast. It even arrived a day earlier than I expected, which was a nice surprise. I'm so stoked with this purchase and how quickly it got here. Will definitely be shopping here again for all my bike needs!
